III. Detailed Usage Instructions

Step 1: Administrator Setup

  1. Upload Audio Content

    • Upload audio files (MP3 format) for each point to the receivers or main system via USB

    • Record in segments, with each segment corresponding to one commentary point

  2. Transmitter Placement

    • Install M7 transmitters at each commentary point (e.g., next to exhibits, scenic overlooks, exhibition zones)

    • Adjust signal strength (16 adjustable levels) to ensure appropriate coverage without overlapping interference

  3. Receiver Pairing & Distribution

    • Powers on and automatically recognizes transmitter signals, no manual pairing needed

    • Distribute to visitors after language selection—ready to use immediately upon wearing

Step 2: Visitor Usage Flow

Visitor Enters → Puts on Receiver → Selects Language → Begins Free Exploration
         ↓
Approaches Point A → Automatically plays Audio A
         ↓
Moves to Point B → Automatically switches to play Audio B
         ↓
Leaves all points → Playback stops → Returns device after tour
